Profile of Donla Twomey, Managing Director
B.Comm, FCA
Donla Twomey is the founder and managing director
of STEP Performance Group, which was set up in early 2003 to deliver
consulting and coaching programmes into the corporate market.
She has 20 years’ business experience,
having worked primarily in the financial services industry with
KPMG, Bank of Ireland and PA Consulting as well as a number of
IFSC companies. Her roles have included Finance Director, Operations
Director, General Manager, Fund Manager, Project Manager and Management
Consultant.
From her extensive experience in management and
consultancy, Donla recognised the acute need in Ireland for powerful
Executive Coaching, a need that was not adequately being serviced.
She decided to dedicate herself to meeting that need by setting
up this coaching and consulting firm specialising in organisational
performance excellence.
Since setting up STEP, she has worked directly
with a significant number of key executives in various industries
on a wide range of critical issues. Combining her coaching experience
with her first-hand experience of the various issues and stresses
facing leaders, she delivers a streamlined, creative and focused
service aimed at developing committed and effective leaders.
 Donla
is a first class honours business graduate from University College
Dublin and a Chartered Accountant (FCA). She is a Certified Results
Coach and is a founding member and Director of the International
Coach Federation in Ireland. She is also a graduate of Corporate
Coach University in the US having successfully completed their
CCP program.
 She
is a licensed Fireworks
Career Coach and has her own coach and mentor.
